3. Ordering and Payments

3.1 How Orders Are Placed

Orders are placed through the Wix store or directly with LVR Impact. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

3.2 Payment Methods

 We accept payment by:

  • Card (via Wix, Stripe or other processors)

  • Bank transfer (if agreed)

3.3 Invoices

Payment terms are outlined on each invoice. Late payments may result in paused work.

4. Digital Content & Delivery

4.1 Nature of Digital Content and Delivery Format

Many LVR Impact products (including toolkits, templates, guides and digital resources) are supplied in a digital format, whether delivered instantly at checkout or sent manually by email after purchase.
For the purposes of UK consumer law, these items are classified as digital content.

4.1.1 Access Duration for Digital Toolkits

Access to editable Google Drive folders provided as part of any digital toolkit or template purchase lasts for 12 months from the date of fulfilment.
You are responsible for making and saving your own copies of all files to retain long-term use after this access period ends.
LVR Impact is not required to extend access, re-share folders, or provide replacement links once the access period has expired.

4.2 Immediate Fulfilment and Loss of Cancellation Rights

By purchasing a digital content product, you agree that LVR Impact may begin fulfilment immediately, including preparing, customising and/or sending your files. Once digital content has been delivered or accessed, your statutory right to cancel is lost, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4.3 Delivery Timeframes for Manually Sent Files

Where digital content is delivered manually (for example, by email), delivery will usually take place within the timeframe stated on the product page. Delays may occur during busy periods, but all reasonable efforts will be made to fulfil your order promptly.

5. Licensing & Permitted Use

5.1 Internal Business Licence

All toolkits, templates and digital files are licensed for use by the purchasing business only.
Files may not be shared, edited for resale, redistributed, or used commercially outside your organisation without prior written permission from LVR Impact.

5.2 Restrictions on Redistribution and Resale

You may customise and use the files internally within your business. You may also share completed outputs (e.g., a slide deck or policy you create using our templates) with your own clients or stakeholders as part of your normal business operations.
However, you may not resell, repackage or redistribute the original LVR Impact templates.

5.3 Updates and Version Control

LVR Impact maintains internal master versions of digital toolkits and templates, which may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legislation, HR best practice or design improvements.
Your purchase does not include automatic entitlement to future updated versions of the product unless explicitly stated on the product page or included as part of a specific package.
Where updates are released, access to revised materials may require a new purchase.

6. Returns & Cancellations (Digital Content)

6.1 No Refunds Once Accessed or Delivered

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the files have been delivered, downloaded or accessed.

6.2 Cancellation Requests Prior to Delivery

If files have not yet been delivered, you may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

7. Service-Based Digital Fulfilment

7.1 When Service Work Begins

LVR Impact will not begin any service-based work (including content revamps, customisation, consultancy, website builds, or multi-stage projects) until the client has submitted a fully completed brief and supplied all requested files and materials.

Project timelines and delivery estimates commence only once the completed brief is received.

7.1.1 Brief Submission Deadline

To keep your project on schedule, completed briefs must be returned within 5 working days of issue. If the brief is not returned within this timeframe, the project may be paused or rescheduled and delivery estimates may change.

7.1.2 Scope Changes After Brief Submission

Once a brief is submitted and work is scoped, any additional requirements, substantial content changes, expanded deliverables, or new requests not included in the original service purchased will be treated as out-of-scope.

In such cases, LVR Impact will provide a revised quote before additional work proceeds.

7.1.3 Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times may be provided on product pages or during onboarding. These are indicative only and depend on the timely return of the completed brief, client responsiveness, and workload capacity.

Final delivery timelines will be confirmed once the completed brief is reviewed and the project is scheduled.

7.2 Licensing Rules for Service Outputs

If a service includes digital content as part of its output, the same licensing rules and no-refund policy apply once the content is delivered.

7.3 Website Builds – Account Ownership & Access

For all website build services, the website will be created inside the client’s own Wix account.

You (the client) are responsible for:

  • Creating your Wix account

  • Purchasing and maintaining your Wix premium plan

  • Managing all billing, renewals and domain registration

  • Providing LVR Impact with Collaborator access via Wix’s secure permissions

LVR Impact does not require or request your Wix login details.

No website transfers will be carried out unless explicitly agreed.

7.4 Website Builds – Client Responsibilities Before Work Begins

Website build work will not begin until:

  • You have set up your Wix account

  • You have purchased your chosen Wix premium plan

  • You have added LVR Impact as a Collaborator

  • You have supplied all required content, materials and assets (e.g., text, images, logo, branding)

Project timelines begin only once all the above steps are completed.

7.5 Service Limitations for Website Builds

LVR Impact is not responsible for:

  • Wix platform outages or technical issues

  • Delays caused by incomplete content or missing assets

  • Third-party domain or email configuration errors

  • Changes made by Wix that affect site features or performance

The client retains full ownership of their Wix account, website and subscription at all times.

8. Cancellations and Refunds (Services Only)

8.1 Scheduled Sessions (Strategy, Discovery or Consultancy Calls)

The following cancellation terms apply to any pre-booked, time-based sessions (including strategy sessions, discovery calls, consultancy calls or similar scheduled appointments):

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: full refund

  • Within 48 hours: 50% refund

  • Same day or no-show: non-refundable

If LVR Impact cancels, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

8.2 Multi-Stage Projects

Deposits or staged payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

8.3 Website Builds – When Work Is Considered Started

For website build services, “work has begun” once:

  • The project structure has been planned, or

  • Any design work, layout, wireframing or setup has been completed inside the client’s Wix account, or

  • Additional requested assets (e.g., templates, draft layouts) have been created

Once work has begun, cancellations follow the standard service refund rules in Section 8.1 and 8.2.

See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual Property

All LVR Impact templates, toolkits, guidance materials and original content remain the intellectual property of LVR Impact and are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Where LVR Impact redesigns or formats your content, the underlying content remains your property.
