Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations and access rights work for digital products and service-based work purchased from LVR Impact.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products

1.1 Instant Access

Digital products (templates, toolkits, guidance materials, PDFs and editable files) are available for download immediately after purchase.

1.2 No Refunds on Digital Downloads

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, once digital content is accessed:

  • You waive your 14-day right to cancel, and
     

  • The purchase becomes non-refundable
     

This is confirmed via a mandatory checkbox at checkout.

1.3 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital item twice, contact us within 48 hours and we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction only.

1.4 Technical Issues

If you cannot access your product due to a technical issue, we will provide assistance and reissue the download link.
This does not affect the non-refundable nature of the product.

2. Services (Content, Design, Website Builds, Consultancy)

2.1 Discovery Calls

Payments for Discovery Calls are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

2.2 Cancellations of Service-Based Work

For booked services (content revamps, rebuilds, design work, consultancy, or website builds):

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: full refund
     

  • Within 48 hours: 50% refund
     

Same-day cancellation or no-show: non-refundable

For website build services, “work has begun” once:

  • The project structure has been planned, or

  • Any design work, layout, wireframing or setup has been started inside your Wix account, or

  • Any requested assets (draft layouts, templates, design elements) have been created.
     

After this point, cancellations follow the standard service refund rules above.

2.3 Multi-Stage Projects

Where work is delivered in stages:

  • Deposits or upfront payments become non-refundable once work has begun
     

  • If work is paused by the client, no refunds are issued for completed stages
     

  • If LVR Impact is unable to complete the project, a pro-rata refund will be offered for incomplete work only

2.4 Missed Appointments

If you miss a scheduled session without notice, the session is non-refundable.
Rescheduling is at LVR Impact’s discretion.

2.5 Website Build Requirements

To begin a website build, you must:
 

  • Create a Wix account

  • Purchase your chosen Wix premium plan

  • Add LVR Impact as a Collaborator

  • Provide all required content and assets
     

Delays caused by missing information or incomplete account setup are not grounds for a refund.

3. Amendments and Revisions

3.1 Revision Rounds

Most services include a defined number of revision rounds (as listed on the product page or agreed during scoping).
Additional revisions may be charged at the hourly or package rate.

3.2 Changes to Scope

If you ask us to complete work outside the agreed scope, a revised quote will be provided.
Refunds are not provided if the scope is changed or reduced by the client after work begins.

4. LVR Impact Cancellations

If we ever need to cancel a service due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

  • A rescheduled date, or
     

  • A full refund (for services not yet delivered)
     

LVR Impact will never charge cancellation fees for changes initiated by us.

5. Refunds for Bundle Products

For products sold as part of a bundle (e.g., People Toolkits), partial refunds are not available for individual items unless outlined otherwise.

If an incorrect item is included or there is a technical issue, we will replace the item promptly.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

6.1 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6.2 Refund Timeframes

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days, depending on banks and payment processors.
