This Licensing & Usage Policy explains how LVR Impact digital products and materials may be used. It is designed to protect our intellectual property while giving you clear, practical guidance on what you can (and cannot) do when using our content.

These items are collectively referred to as “Digital Products” or “Materials”.
2. Licence Type
All LVR Impact materials are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal business use only.

supplied by you for revamp or redesign).
Any content you supply remains your intellectual property and may be shared externally at your discretion.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All LVR Impact materials remain the intellectual property of LVR Impact (Nicole Leverington).
Materials are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
Purchasing or downloading materials does not transfer ownership.
If LVR Impact redesigns or formats your original content, the underlying content remains your property. The design, layout and formatting created by LVR Impact remain our intellectual property.

We will never publish client names, logos, company details or sensitive information without written consent.
9. Breach of Licence
If we believe materials have been used outside the scope of this licence, we may:

-
Withdraw access to digital products

Suspend or terminate the licence
