How It Works
Work begins once your completed brief and all required materials are received. Please return your brief within 5 working days to keep your project on schedule. Estimated turnaround times are confirmed once your brief is reviewed and your project is scheduled.
Your purchase covers the work defined in this service description and your brief. If your requirements change or expand, we’ll provide a revised quote before additional work begins.
As this is a service-based purchase, refunds are not available once work has begun, in line with our Terms of Service.
